No, he is not loud. However, you must know usually Amazon parrots can be very loud. He can be loud, but not as loud as my previous blue fronted amazon parrot. They all have unique personality.

That poor bird needs a place to stay for the night. Usually they supposed to go into a tupor during the winter, but this poor little baby, being unlucky, needs an angel like you to help her out, All you need to do is call an emergency hotline in order to care for this baby hummingbirds even if one feels that they have limited experience or they can call someone with a lot more knowledge to have additional assistance to help out caring for the baby until the warm weather returns. That poor baby Anna ‘s hummingbird needs your help !
