Glad you liked it! Personally I am not within IT but I would recommend deep diving into IT industry associations. They would probably be excellent sources of info. I’d also play around with ChatGPT to find extra factual info or specific answers to some of the questions you may have. Hope that helps!

Industrial Hygienists are part of the broader Occupational and Environmental Health and Safety profession. They are experts at anticipating, recognizing, evaluating, controlling, communicating (and confirming) workplace hazards. Such hazards may be chemical, physical (noise, thermal stress), ergonomic (repetitive motion), radiation, and others.
