I fast two days a week Monday and Tuesday, then eat soup and salads on Wednesday Thursday and Fridays. Work out on Saturday and Sunday. -,Repeat ❤

I lost, and have kept off 65 pounds by fasting and just walking 3-5 miles 3-5 days a week in a fasted state. Oh, and low carb healthy, REAL food. Not the crappy typical diet Americans eat.

hmm i guess glad my body and drug use kinda figured that out on its own i eat pizza 5-25 times a week over years and sometimes eat a lot and sometimes nothing a day but im pretty fit for not training more then 5 min a day but its nice to know anyway should still do more sport and breath more instead of smoking
