مع الاسف الشديد اجراءت السوق عبء إضافي على المستثمرين مع وضع العراق السياسي الصعب ؟؟ فاصبح السوق أقرب إلى اللعب من سوق للاستثمار الصحيح ؟؟

من المناقضات التي فعلها البنك المركزي هو رفع رأس مال المصارف الخاص الى 250مليار وحسب رايه ان الهدف من ذلك هو لزيادة قدرة المصارف على مواجهة المخاطر المحيطه هذا من جهة من جهة اخرى يودر في تقرير الاستقرار المالي لااغلب السنوات ان غالبية المصارف الخاص متخمه بالسيوله مااهذا التناقض يابنكا المركزي!
