I love Christian metal! Check out Wolves at the Gate “the Father’s Bargajn.” It’s so powerful and they’re the best in the game 💯 the lyric video! Lyrically and musically one of the best written.

Animals as Leaders is most definitely an acquired taste. The more you listen to it, the more you can identify, the better it gets. It is alot... thats sort of the point. Its some of the most interesting music out there now (imo).

The band heard a story about a young man who took his life because of bullying. They were one of the first ones to do it and I think they deserve credit. so this is based on actual events and your bias is meaningless, have what little heart you have left and excuse your astonishingly stupid criticisms

I see the problem. Your drummer thinks he’s a musician. If you can’t enjoy jam bands, and music for the sake of music - you need to stick to industry formulas and keep painting by color while the real artists do their jobs.

that's the most obnoxious reaction I have ever seen))) dude, the whole purpose of Drumeo is to put drummers out of their comfort zone, making them play music they either don't know or are not familiar with! You could have said: I don't believe she is genuine and left it to that, but nagging for 5 min ( that's all I watched from your reaction) like a whiny woman with questionable morality is way too much. Are you sure you are not a woman down there, given the tantrum you threw...one can never know in these modern times

I love this band. I listen to this a lot of the time. The energy and complexity that they play with is soothing. It releases my energy that is inside and allowsit to flow out of me. It makes me feel relaxed. I find grooves and rhythm very easily. It may help if you listen to it with speakers so you can feel the music. Let it surround you. I listen to it on my lunch breaks at work. The complexity and speed of the music makes me feel happy and motivates me to move, or just chill and relax. It depends how I am feeling. If I have frustrations, it makes me relaxed. If I am feeling energetic and working out or going on a bike ride, it amps me up. I feel like if you relax your mind, it is easier to digest. Cheers 🍻

Primus is an acquired taste, but speaking as a musician, I think you’re over analyzing. And Les Claypool is doing more stuff on bass that most people have done in their lifetime.

After watching them in Los Angeles this past April, I think they’ve definitely got their stuff together! They were on a whole other level! I personally find their set list badass, it was the same set they played in London (also adding their new single Run Away). I agree with you that coming to a show and listening to them on Spotify is a whole other thing. But, I think it’s way better because these guys pull off what they do in studio on the stage! The country song and coffee break is over was their side project and those are also popular songs so they wanted to play something instrumental at their shows and went with that! It’s fun! Jonah was not at all restricted for my show in LA, he went all INNNN with his vocals! I think the dancing was just before, he was dancing a lot during my show. The mixing guy was different. There they had Marcus Agnesund, and here they had Joseph Persson. Joseph was a killer sound engineer and perfected the sound. I’m not sure if Marcus isn’t as good, but Joseph for sure was! To be fair, your show was in November 2023, and my show was 6 months later. Yeah the sound issues happen, Henrik even went out of tune for one song. But that does happen every now and then. I know not every concert will be perfect. Still a great band, and I would see them live again! Hopefully they can redeem themselves in March 2025 at the London show!

Personally, I think now, musicians don't really put as much effort into their music as they used to, some songs will generally be worse, pushing people from listening to that music(this is what I think is happening, feel free to say what you want about it)
