Tires. Tires is my guess what part is the best single upgrade :)

Wow, lots of water, Kou. I'm too much of a coward to take my TRX 4 through that much water, lol
@surfside759 күн бұрын
Oh it's so much fun.. that is half the reason I added weight, so I can cross creeks😅 You can seal the tires. That's the only concern.

This time, it was a little windy so the smoke wasn't very visible. I learned on the Internet that it is possible to make your own smoke system. I would like to make one someday.😊

KYOSHO TAKOMA Just use a hair dryer to clean the sand, right? Will it be damaged if washed with water? Sea sand rusts easily。Sorry, so many questions😅

how are you finding the truck runs with the lift? 👍🍺🇬🇧
@KousRCLife20 күн бұрын
I never really liked lifted trucks, but once I softened the suspension springs and oil as much as possible, it didn't drive too badly. I prefer the non-lifted TRX 4, but when driving on the river, the car is a little low and sinks. I haven't tried it yet, but I'd like to try using a tire that's a little sticky underwater.
@carlbModels19 күн бұрын
@@KousRCLife interesting thanks. I run a partly lifted Hauler, but have a sway bar fitter to prevent roll overs. Works well on the middle axle, without it, it would fall over quickly. Keep uploading! 🖖
@KousRCLife19 күн бұрын
@@carlbModels I've never heard of a sway bar fitter before. Thank you for the valuable information. To prevent the truck from tipping over on a slope, I used a slightly longer wheel hub. This improved stability a little.

Awesome vid Kou!! Trx4 is a beast, love the sound kit. What a great location for this test. Id bet that the Baja Pro X tires would do amazing at a place like this.
@KousRCLifeАй бұрын
This was my first time to visit the location where we shot this, and it was a very nice place, but there were a lot of mosquitoes. The tires I have are probably Proline Baja Pro X knockoffs.Maybe if it was a Proline product it would run better. I didn't pay much attention to the tires, but it might be true if I use good tires. Thank you for your comments.😊

Kou id love to see a mud tire test! See which tire does best In that thick swamp. The stock tires are good but I’d like to see how good mud tires are in comparison
@KousRCLifeАй бұрын
That test looks interesting. I hadn't thought about comparing mud tires to regular tires in the mud. By the way, the tires I have installed now don't run well in the mud or even now. It would be fun to try a different type of tire.

You need to tilt the front of the receiver forward so that way it does cut power when the front wheel lifts. You take the receiver and twist it to the left so that the top left corner is leaning forward. It prevents from doing front flips all the time
