I love this where is Part 2 and 3? It doesn't say what year this is, I'm thinking 2004?

The first two numbers in the title refer to the year and month it was originally broadcast on APTN. So this would have been shot in 2004 and broadcast a year later.

Sam was such an inspiration for his community and had a strong hand in the Berger Commission that resulted in victory for his people. One of the rare events in which the voice of northerners was heard. I knew Sam in Tuk when I worked on the DEW Line at Bar-3. Greatly admired him.

Where is Tucbuk (Tyler)and Helene.?? Ulukhaktok is Hollman Island, I never saw any polar bears. They have to leave the Island to hunt. Even with Muscock, or Caribou, they snowmobile to land to hunt. Hollman Island has no vegetation..come on tell the truth.

Hope it was a wonderful day for everyone. I'm a proud Inuvialuit in Whitehorse. I'd also like to learn more about that funding for post education. Where would I go to find out more?

We gave up our rights to eat whale meat so they can eat it. Japanese people like eating whale meat and millions protesting against the slaughter of whales. Amazing how white peoples of the world decide who can eat whale meat. Cook Islanders eat turtle meat for thousands of years and then they tell us it’s endangered species and we can’t eat them and in Australia aborigines are allowed to slaughter them for food because the white man says it’s ok. We save for YOU to ENJOY. From a Aitutaki Cook Islander
