I'm considering a smokeless indoor grill, and I'm between this one, and another that has a lid, a slightly sunken cooking area, and a fan. If this one is smokeless and splatter free, this should be all I need. Is it really splatter free, and pretty much smokeless? Is it pretty much unnecessary to chose the other one?

Get better buddy! I had a pic line once when I had an infection that got me very close to going septic...could have killed me if I had gone septic. I had to go into the hospital everyday for 2 weeks to have antibiotics from and iv bag drain into my pic line. Not that I want them frequently but I loved my pic line. It kept me from getting poked multiple times for other stuff and so wonderful to have for this type of treatment as you know. If you don't heal you won't make anymore videos. We'll be here waiting. You're health is way more important that KZfaq...you'll be back no problem.

I cook them all.of the time. Go hotter and faster next time, then wrap. They are so thin you dont have to go low and slow to be awesome.

Looks good but alot I would do differently. Like searing them first on the hot side, flip them, then on the third flip... after a few minutes... move them to indirect. But I'm sure these were great anyway.
