There is hijab and headscarf, specifically covering the head /hair in the quran: The interpretation that the verse in the Ahzab Surah is historical and that the reason for its revelation in general (the reason for the revelation of the verse) was to separate the free people from the slaves is also PROBLEMATIC in many respects. The words or events spoken about the reason for the revelation of the verses have never been interpreted as meaning that the verses exist only because of this event and that the validity of the verse will be abolished when these events are not valid. In fact, this casts a shadow over the universality of the Quran. In other words, the reason for revelation is a tool in interpreting the verse. It reinforces the meaning of the verse and makes the provision easier to understand. It is not possible to determine or limit the provision and meaning of the verse. That is, phenomena or events do not direct or influence, nor is revelation in a position to be influenced or subject to them." The reasons for revelation are not a determining or compelling reason, but consist of events in accordance with the plan of revelation and the descent of revelation being simultaneous with each other. The reason for revelation is not a historical condition.

It cannot be said that the revelation of the Quran depends on its existence or that it is impossible without it. The Quran was revealed by divine will. External factors (such as the reasons for revelation) are not the real reason for its revelation. Moreover, some of the narrations about the reasons for revelation do not even mention any situation regarding concubines. However, there are problematic points in the narrations that claim it is due to concubines. Firstly, it creates the perception that Islam permits the harassment of concubines! From Surah An-Nur, verse 33, we know that the Quran forbids forcing chaste concubines into prostitution. All people, even concubines, are equal in terms of serving Allah beautifully in Islam. Furthermore, there is no narration during the Prophet's lifetime that distinguishes between free women and concubines regarding veiling. In fact, there are hadiths and narrations indicating that concubines wore headscarves both during and outside of prayer Scholars from Andalusia such as Ibn Hazm and Abu Hayyan did not accept this distinction between free women and concubines regarding veiling. Abu Hayyan: 'The apparent meaning of the phrase 'believing women' in the verse includes both free women and concubines. The risk of temptation is greater for concubines because they are outside more often than free women. To exclude concubines from the scope of the phrase 'believing women' would require a very clear evidence. Since there is no such evidence, they must also veil. This is more suitable so that they are recognized and not harmed. The purpose of the verse is that they are recognized as chaste because of their veiling, and therefore no one can touch them Ibn Hazm:As for refuting the claim of distinguishing free women from female slaves, that is because the religion of Allah is the same (for all), and the nature of females (in attracting men) is the same in free women and female slaves… and thus, that interpretation is undoubtedly false… this is a blatant lie of a liar, for it means the Almighty Allah would allow the sinful people to molest female slaves and this (claim) is an everlasting catastrophe. Not even two Muslim scholars have ever disagreed that adultery is forbidden to both free and slave women and the punishment of an adulterer to either is the same. For this and other reasons, this interpretation should not be accepted after having the clear words of Allah’s Messenger (P). Therefore, the words of no one should be accepted unless it is (correctly) quoted from Allah’s Messenger.” (al-Muhallah, vol. 2 pp. 248-249).

I can also provide evidence from Surah An-Nur, but I will respond specifically if someone requests it. Otherwise, my comment would be too long.

So long as this unlimited permission of living with their female slaves continues, it cannot be expected that there will be any hearty attempt to put a stop to slavery in Mohamedan countries. Koran in this matter of slavery is enemy of mankind and woman as usual are greatest sufferers. The Abrahamic debated till recent times on whether women have souls

Are you on a mission of woman you mentioned in the video? Ayat of ahzab talks about jilbab for free woman to identity them differently from slaves ( who were not allowed to have jilbab and their is evidence in asaar). Noor talks about khimar to be used to cover neckline of your dress. You literally swap both pieces of clothing, Such a blatant lie and misrepresentation of Allah's words...

you might want to read about why the hijab verses were revealed in the first place. They were revealed to protect the wives of the prophet from harassment when they go out in the evening to answer the call of nature ( urinate). Check the hadiths about Sawda and Umar ibn al khatab. The veil was used to distinguish between free women and slave girls. It was a social marker used to protect free women. I know that your modern way of understanding veiling is related to spirituality, modesty and God , but the historical facts show that it just had a social function in a society in which slavery was the norm and there was a complete lack of safety

The importance of studying Quran with a proper teacher: Once there was an Imam in the Mosque leading the prayer, reciting the Quran loudly and beautifully. At the back,in the ladies section, a lady kept reprimanding her small son by saying, "If you don't stop misbehaving, I am going to TEAR you like how this Imam is tearing the Quran!" Then she repeated the same reprimand to her son for a second time. After the prayer was over, the Imam approached the lady and asked her what she meant by her reprimand insisting that he was reading Quran as best he could. She replied, "You call that reciting?!". The Imam asked her as to how she would read the Quran. She went to a place outside in the courtyard where there was a natural flowing fountain of water nearby and began reciting the Quran. As soon as she began, the fountain immediately ceased, and the imam was taken aback, awestruck. He pleaded with the lady to please teach him how to recite the Quran in such a powerful way that it affected nature. She refused the imam saying that her husband would not approve but referred the imam to her illustrious teacher. The imam left and travelled for a long while until he found the teacher and began studying under him. After studying with the teacher he returned back home. On his way, he needed to relieve himself so it was a time when there was no toilet paper and people used sand. So he grabbed a lump of soil and said Bismillah and the soil turned into gold. So he did the same again and the soil turned into gold again. He repeated this and the soil kept turning into gold until the teacher appeared before him in a vision and said to him Do not say Bismillah or the sand will keep turning into gold. Just use it as is.

But it doesn’t say to cover your neck and ears and every single inch of hair? Just what ordinarily appears can definitely be interpreted so many different ways… obviously head scarf yes but there are ways to wear a veil that doesn’t cover as much as hijab. I find it very honestly confusing

Generally as knowledge increases, one will be more inclined. While the lay person does not need to follow a school, the opinions the lay person will take on anything came from the work of a madhhab. Also their imam likely follows one or was trained toward one. The point is they are a means to the goal and not the goal itself.

She wronged me so so much Yet in this month of ramadan i'm praying for her well being to Allah and that he blesses her marriage I ended the haram relationship after my desperate efforts to make it halal, when she said no marriage i realised there's no blessing in this relationship.
