Ooh, these Red Wings look really slick. An even better casual boot than Blundstone, IMO. Blundy slayers more recently are the Jim Green Chelseas. Better light work boot, not as great for casual. 👍🏼

The Jim greens, are pretty much all fantastic boots, and add an affordable price. Though, when it comes to an all-around Chelsea boot that knocks Blundstone out of the water. This is by far the number one "Blundstone Killer" and I'm not the only one who definitely holds this opinion.

I didn't buy this to be trendy. I got it as a gift. I heard the quality of the original Beats headphone sucked. I guess it applies to these flex too. My $15 and $20 wireless earbuds from Banggood and Temu have way better sound quality. The base sucks and the volume level is low. Not sure how long they will last but it sucks just for the sound alone.

I learned a valuable lesson though, they will melt to your feet if you spray bug spray all over without first removing your sandals. It's quite literally the only problem I have ever had. These are a 10" Wilshire in Wicket and Craig Olive Harness. Brown stitching. Antiqued brass hardware.#2 toe. Dogger heel. Medallion brogue toe cap. Outside knife pockets on both boots. Natural finish on the heel. Vibram mini lug soul. I've got Western kilties in them, but the dress kilties look good in them too if you don't want the western whiskers. They probably have the whole build specifications on file I'd assume, but if not, this should cover it all I believe.

I was inspired to try making leather insoles for my leather lined hiking boots. Using a thin but highly shaped carbon fibre orthotic heel and arch support I've had for years as a basis I traced the original flimsy insole shape onto 4mm veg tanned leather purchased via Amazon and simply cut the new insoles to size from the sheet. I haven't bothered to glue the leather to the orthotics as they're shaped enough to stay in place. The leather is moulding nicely to my foot shape whilst giving robust support, not squishy and not too hard. I'm pleased with the results and it took less than 30 minutes to do the job.

I've no problem with the KJV, in fact I have a 1611 version that still has the apocrypha.... Having a KJV purest mindset is flawed, as the current KJV has been edited several times since the 1611. My favorite 2 editions are the NKJV, and the NASB, both of which were extremely meticulously translated by large teams of biblical scholars using the KJV as a base, and building on the accuracy to modern English while utilizing older manuscripts that were not discovered until after the KJV. Thank you for your comment, and take some time to use the Bible app and cross reference scriptures across several translations. God bless.

Tom makes the bag opening operation look easy. I often find that pulling the pleat as Tom demonstrates, is difficult. The bag is very sticky and doesn't cooperate with the pull. Or maybe I'm doing it wrong.
@ThomasSteed

It's all in the technique. Some bags are harder than others, but if you stick to it and keep practicing, you can get it. Sometimes you have to use leverage by putting your knuckles together and prying the bag apart that way.

too bad to order this to Europe it would cost me almost double, just the tax, shipping, customs. I would pay the 600 for it but 400 more for nothing is outrageous.
