I’ve watched all the journey and cycle videos and time and time again I’m so impressed with Ian. He’s truly a jack or all trades! He should have a channel!

Im going tomorrow. My plan is to train to aomori from tokyo. From there is it better to rent car or local train bus?
@NomadicGaijin13 күн бұрын
I drove from Tokyo, there is the tanbo art station right there and car is definitely convenient, I don’t know if they have a local bus that goes there since the station exists. It’s pretty much in the middle of nowhere. I wonder what this year’s theme is, should be really nice though!

@@NomadicGaijin thanks. Ill probably rent a car from aomori since i want to go to Moya hills thunder luge while up there. On a side note, have you been to Gattan go railbike in gifu?

Tokyo Racetrack is amazing! Thanks for the tour. While my hometown track, Santa Anita Park, is beautiful, it's not as state-of-the-art as Tokyo Racetrack. I love them and Del Mar.

Never been to the Santa Anita one, I’ll have to check that one out! Del Mar is amazing 🤩
@SW-eh8kz14 күн бұрын
@@NomadicGaijin Santa Anita Park is beautiful place, but it also has a sad history tied to Japan. In 1942, during World War II, Santa Anita Park was turned into an Assembly Center for Japanese American U.S. citizens as a preparation for an internment Camp. The stables served as temporary residences during this time. These stables are now recognized as a historic site. Oh well, it is an interesting place.

Does it broadcast remote ID?
@NomadicGaijin26 күн бұрын
It does not, as at the time it wasn’t a requirement. However the mini 3 and 4 do, so I would recommend those series if flying in Japan. I currently use the mini 3 pro and love it
