Only an a**hole would show the interior of a property he has sold. No respect for the client that is buying it. This is a creepy realtor doxxing the new homeowner just for KZfaq content. I would go after your license if I were the buyer.

Thanks for reaching out. The HOA fee is $150, its a community specifically for 55+ year olds, they have golf, pools, spas, gyms and multiple courts.

For over $2 million, these houses are way too close. It feels like the neighbors are on top of you. Nice house, but a bit overpriced.

Are you local to Las Vegas? Prices have gone up here in Las Vegas due to all the development and new business coming to the city. The city is pretty small in comparison to other “major cities” and these guard gated neighborhoods offer brand new homes with the added level of security from the guard gates. Let me know if you want to see anything else here or maybe a different price point. I appreciate the love and feed back

The home is in Summerlin so has a small 47 monthly for the master HOA and another for the guard gated neighborhood. They regulate a lot of the front exterior of the homes

Really nice location, Southern Highlands is lush and green filled with trees and multiple parks near by. This community itself is in the country club so it is guard gated and has a second private gate to get into this community. 12 miles from McCaran International Airport.
