Nice! Some tiny things to improve in the next version. 1.55: Don't use web search when you already know the address, just put it in the address bar of the browser. (Or, just search for "HOTOSM".) 2.35: You say that you want to click on an easy task, but you click one with a moderate level.

How can one upload Shapefile to JOSM or OpenStreetMap instead of drawing it in JOSM?

Thank you very much, that was helpful! However: Regarding Relations I'm lost. Is there some stuff which can help me to understand things better regarding relations?

Seeing this statements from another point of view. Yes mapping buildings from AI is easier, mappers just need to Click, accept and Upload the 'suggested" building figure, do not even needs to tag them; 99.9% of the buildings in the work are just an orthogonalized figure, mapper do not need to edit anything. In the other hand Roads requires editing and thinking, and off course they are "more difficult". AI is not meant to replace, seeing, analizing, evaluating, editing and tagging while we edit the map. Are we expecting all these processes to be done by IA instead of us in #Openstreetmap? UNREALISTIC

Meanwhile there is an eagerness for "fill" the map with data, because there are empty places, or Big Corporate are paying campaings to fill the map, and given untrained mappers with this kind of tools, of course you will have errors. AI assited data is NOT JUST to convert all suggested data in Residential Roads and them just "upload" to the database. The data suggested to be "good" requires mappers to be "good" as well. At the end of the day the data uploaded and the quality of such data is final responsability of the mappers. TRAING the mappers PROPERLY before just trowing them to use this tools without proper criteria and training... This could be also extended to the "Instructors" used to traing the mappers, under the principle of "Train the Trainers"...

Its curious to me that people seems to be concerned about fast mapping against quality mapping. What kind of Quality are we talking about? 90% of the roads editions in the world are done WITHOUT ajusting the imagery off-set or disregarding the GPS traces Data available. So the IA is not less quality for already mapped areas and roads who do not match at all the "real" position of the ways in comparison with the satellite imagery. By the way RAPID is NOT the sofware who made the "suggestion" or extract the data from the imagery. RAPID is just a fork of ID to "show" that derived data, is UP to the mapper to validate or NOT such suggested data and integrate in their changesets. All those roads could be adjusted and improved before being uploaded to the database. IS NOT a blind process, if the data is Wrong is the ultimate responsabiity of the mapper not the Rapid program neither the IA.

why the social engineering on OSMs?? It is assumed that everyone is included, because anyone can join or edit or use. This makes me suspicious.

Can't believe nobody's commented before me! Anyway, thanks to everybody involved with osm! I'm tryng to learn how to edit my local cycle path which closed today for one year. I'd like to keep the path, but change its status to closed, or under construction or something similar. I have an account, but just need a pointer towards the best way to carry out this helpful edit.
