So the water from the reservoir is fed (supplied) to the three different pipelines (tap, house & irrigation) through the force of gravity, right?

@@peterundaba2906 for pressure consistency, you will need accessories like pressure tank, electric pressure gauge and water meter, variable frequency drive that allows input of such accessories

Yes, you need a different pump with lower pressure/lift(depending on your site slope from water source to delivery longest and highest point) and discharge required.

Yes, you can power both pumps if there are the same specifications. One pump will operate at a time. 3. No, one pump with varying frequency can be operated at time

Professional installation done, good job..keep up. However, one observation noted: The common isolation valve (ball valve) for the pressure swith/gauge should be locked or at least handle to be removed to prevent accidental isolation of the safety device (pressure switch).
