Man, that’s an awesome mask. I’ve been eyeing that for a while. You really do well with it too. I have the CFX Jason mask that they used in the Never Hike Alone films but it’s open face.

@@blindrocket thanks. I have a whole walking dead sheriff costume that goes with this. I've lost about 40 lbs since I last wore it. Event in San Diego Oct 12 and 13th so hoping to get out and wear it there.

@@dylandonehue3475 yeah pretty close. Number of teeth is slightly different and the rambo knife handle is wrapped I think. Long time a lot of use thought it was. But could be a great substitute if you can find this one.

Ive had one of those watches for years but the stop watch he uses in that watch was put in post production they don’t look like that. Great watch though

@@princessmadero1 soap and water usually gets it to come off. I sometimes will use a little bit of rubber alcohol if I need it all off immediately or faster so I can go back to work. Just a scrubbing sponge and soap and water seems to work enough

I just discovered it through instagram but an ebay ad. I too want it for the same reason as you, the truck !! 😆 I think the fact it is a speaker is definitely a perk. Looked up the review to see what the quality looks like or sounds.. you didnt play anything lol but still a great review. 👍👍👍 Am still going to purchase one myself too !

this is AWESOME. The fake hood on the your head ( i think it is because of the strands of hair) is amazingly detailed! great job man! this is very movie accurate.

How much would you say you paid for this? Im trying to build a part 6 costume current and can spend much because im only 16. Ive located the mask and hood, and plan on going to goodwill for the shirt and pants. By the way, your old video on your full costume for part 6 was my favorite when I was younger. Its the most accurate one ive seen.

Well back in the earlier days of my costume I had like 4 of these knifes off ebay at the time ranging from 20 to 60 dollars. But once the word got out on which knife it was people started listing them for over 200 dollars. There are prop ones on etsy not sure how much they go for. In the way way earlier days I was just trying to find a sheath that would go on the belt to at least have that. Thanks I've changed a few things over the years. That old video someone else has posted I think. I lost all my videos. I just did an event with the director and some of the cast in Beverly Hills on May 17th. I've done a lot of events with them. It's been really fun. Even got invited to a Christmas party by a cast member last year. I definitely went. It was fun. The army pistol belt runs about 9 dollars at the surplus store. About 15 on Amazon. The machete sheath is about 10 to 12 bucks off Amazon too. The 3 Cell Thompson magazine pouch I recently bought one off Amazon for 25 bucks to give to the director of the film.

@@sdcostumeguy2435 Sweet! Your very lucky! I appreciate you giving the items and prices for the other things. My grandpa is a huge knife person, so I'll have him on the hunt for it. I found a sheath on Etsy, but it was like $130! Just for the sheath! I plan on using the costume to bring some fun into my town. You might of heard of Michael Myers of Decatur, and that's what I'm trying to do, just with Jason Voorhees. Thanks again!

I expected much better from trick or treat studios, maybe if you tuck the mask in your shirt it would look better, but im very disappointed with this mask. (edit) I was thinking maybe about still getting it and trying to improve on it maybe it is a good base mask, you could make a vid on improving it! but maybe starting from scratch is better?

I don't have the exact link any more. It was off Amazon years ago. I just typed in fake vines on Amazon and started looking until I found some I liked. Don't recall how much came in the 1st order but I had to order a 2nd one to have enough. I cut them to the lengths I wanted and tied them to the suit.

That's what I'm going to do in October next Halloween. I think I'll also use an eye pencil and colour in my eye lids and underneath then put the stocking (panty hose) material over my head. I was thinking of gluing some first at the top letting it set then pulling down on it and gluing underneath, but like you i'm unsure if it'll interfere with the masks latex or the stocking material might be too thin to glue and I end up messing it up. So probably just do it your way with eye shadow too, but thanks for the idea. I've seen others use black mesh on my youtube search but I wonder if I'll be able to see properly with it. Yours looks the bet idea, thanks!

That's awesome. When I gave him the photo from this scene he started showing the other people/actors/celebrities that were next to his table. He was so excited about it. I gave him a copy to keep and he signed my photo at no cost. Awesome to see him so happy about it.

Yes. I actually got a screen shot of it and printed it out and gave one to Kane. He was so shocked and happy to see that photo. He had totally forgotten about it he said. He signed a copy for me.

Omg the blood in the bag trick is GENIUS. My knifes always looked "fine" painted with a brush, but this trick gives a truly realistic effect. Liked and saved for next October

wow it looks pretty good. Do you remember what exactly you did to make the woodgrain effect, I have some BuzzBee Flintlocks I was thinking of repainting and haven't done a woodgrain paint before. After priming and putting the brown/beige basecoat did you drybrush the other colors in the grain pattern, and did you end up wiping off anything or just let the paint dry by itself?

I painted it a tan or khaki color then once it dried I wiped on and off burnt umber color acrylic pant

The foam block on the inside of the forehead came off on mine. It was like that when I opened the box. Wondering what kinda glue I could use to re-adhere it or should I contact Trick or Treat Studios for a replacement? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
