I was there at that Jollibee in Sep 2007. I thought everything was very much like McDonald's in the states. I don't think you said anything demeaning about it.

@pandabear194 So why is Jollibee the worst?
@ambrosiobertodazo13 жыл бұрын
This was brand new in 1998 when I checked in and there were many people foriegn and locals in private vacation and conferences day and night. This was so beautiful then and lively with activities. There was even a store in the water where you could buy food and drinks while dipping in the water.

@trollking99 - Sadly, many problems in the USA center around fast food. In the video, I describe Jollibee as having better service, real hamburgers that are completely cooked (taking 13 minutes) and discuss how Filipinos substitute rice for French Fries. I was attempting to be funny in my comments about saving the rice by putting it in your pocket but, honestly, I could never eat that much rice at one sitting.

Dude, you're an idiot. You have that typical American arrogance that views anything different or not-American as being inferior. No wonder your country has so many problems.

@pandabear194, taglish is common, but most DO understand English, especially in the cities where English is considered cosmopolitan.

you know they speak English right? As in they can hear you talking about them while you film them, maybe it would be less creepy if you added your commentary in during editing.

Been to that very branch in Surigao City. The best place in town to go to when the city gets a brownout. The 2nd floor by the private party room is the coldest part of the store to relax. Plus you can look down and see the girls from San Nicholas just across the street. OvO V

Actually, I did get the consent of the staff before filming. I also cut out certain parts of the video where I had filmed without getting consent.
