This Red Tailed Hawk was doing a lot of walking, that's one thing I rarely see, but I've never seen a hawk eat a cricket. Juvenile hawks do try to catch insects, but this one's a full-grown adult, which is more strange! I just say "wow"! This hawk appears to be playing, I guess its got to have some fun every now and then.

My dad and I used to fish for scut on this bridge and we called it the scut bridge. He used to tell me stories about when people caught sea robins they would throw them in the road
