I was thinking this is the slowest C8 times I’ve ever seen posted. But I see that they’re racing at a track that is a mile above sea level where a naturally aspirated engine (C8) would making a good 30% less power than at sea level. A Car with a blower (ZL1) will win that race every time even though it go smoked on the tree by the C8, the power robbing high altitude was the deciding factor in this race. Bring them back down to sea level a try it again.

Everyone here is aware the tesla had a half car length first race and a full length lead second race before the corvette even moved. The vette drivers were sleeping or the tesla jumped. The end result of each race is not accurate and can not be used as verification as to which car is faster. There are many factors involved that need to be considered to have a proper result of which car is faster.
