Good morning Deji, two things might be the reason, it’s either your system is not compatible that means it doesn’t meat the requirement for the Retouch4me to run smoothly, the requirement are shown before you pay for it, or it might be there is not enough space on your system

Lightroom can do it ..but manually with a brush..wish capture one for iPad could do it I guess I have to use my Mac to to do this

Lightroom also has automatic selections, where you can even select specific part of the subject automatically.
