Kaori looks amazing in this video. Still, I love Keiko's energy. I wish there was a fancam that stays on her for the entirety of live performances. Keiko and Lisa should do more songs together, both of them have so much passion, and they have contrasting voices that work great in unison.

Compare Kaori's harmony part with Yuriko at 2:09:00 to Wakana's from 2:09:13. Kaori's voice was definitely stronger.

1:42 Joelle has lovely eyes. Just saying. 1:49 Joelle jumping at the bottom left of the screen. Camera having a so-called fish-eye lens is unusual in this kind of setting. 1:55 Listen to that slightly exaggerated vibrato matching by Kaori, Keiko, and Yuriko. It gives energy to that last syllable/vowel. They repeat it every time they sing the line and there's synchronicity there that gives an energy to the song. I just noticed it right now. There's a reason I think of them as the Prime FJ trio! 4:56 Kaori noticing someone specific and winking at them. I wonder who it was. 5:23 Yuriko did a beautiful thing by just climbing up a note (that I've never heard her do before) rather than just holding that one note as she usually does. It juxtaposed beautifully with Joelle's held note and the movement of the chord in the instruments, and felt like an extra gear of expression/feeling for the song. I don't know if she did that instinctually or it was planned, but it just made this my favorite "Stone cold" performance ever! 6:10 A little distortion in Yuriko's tone. Quite unexpected. 6:48 A little tension on the spread "ee" vowel from LiSA. 7:14 One of my favorite parts of this song. That language, tempo, and mood change all of a sudden (including in the graphics in the anime ED) made you recall again the seriousness of the themes and mission of the characters/world. 7:21 Nice panning to show Kajiura's expression as the LiSA/Keiko duet came in. Excellent choice from the producer/video team! 7:26 LiSA means every word she's singing! She does not give 99% in a performance. Always 100% commitment from her. 7:44 This key/mood change gives me chills every time. With that usual Kajiura sound effect in the background. It makes you think of a better world, a hope beyond the darkness. A possible change. 8:25 The mic technique from LiSA, especially the miniscule pulling back of the mic 4 consecutive times on a particular phrase. Masterful. Shows someone who understands how their voice interacts with the microphone when going more intense. Dynamic control. 8:34 LiSA going more intense with the changing melody and Keiko dropping to octave unison with her. Really low. She sounded like a male voice at this point - contralto power! 8:42 Just LOOK at Yuki Kajiura absolutely beaming like the sun! She got so caught up in the song and looked at LiSA soaking in the performance. It's always a pleasure to see her so deep into the feeling of her own music! 8:43 I really liked the tonal change by LiSA going from a warmer starting tone to her bright, mask tone like flipping a switch! 8:47 Adding in distortion for impact/effect. A POWERHOUSE vocalist indeed! 8:54 The first echo/call-response vocal exchange in the entire song. Nice little spice added towards the end of the song. 9:09 Once again, Yuki Kajiura's choral/operatic/chant DNA comes in beautifully to give another color to the song. Well executed again! 9:32 Look at LiSA's expression and Keiko mirroring her look, left hand and elbow movements, and complementing her vocal color. Keiko has become SO GOOD at aiming for the intention of the guest artists she supports or duets with.

現状を理解し未来を見据えたパート分担と理解し肯定します。というのは自分で書いてて建前ですね。当時のMVの衣装で当時のライブ音源での映像はないかな。WakanaがKalafinaの時とは雰囲気が違ってそれがまたイイのです。以上、懐古ジジイのボヤキでした。

@@novrahadi8568 It’s more of a problem with the Agency before that handled them. Yuki Kajiura left first. Started her own company and partnered with Highway Star, a management company that takes good care of their talents. As you can see, Kajiura has more exposure than ever despite just being a BGM-maker. Then when Kajiura left, the singers left the company also, started their solo works, and at the same time joined Yuki Kajiura in her current projects and live performances while Wakana on the other hand stayed snd continued her contract with Spacecraft. The girls still love and support each other but to management reasons, Wakana don’t mention them as much as possible but Yuki and her singers openly speak of Wakana’s name and how they appreciate and acknowledge Wakana.

本当に「どうしてwakanaがいなくなったのだろう」と思いますね💦 ただ梶浦さん曰く、特にKalafinaの皆もそうですが、wakanaさんも10年間『wakanaさん自身がお客様の前で歌ってみたい歌』を歌うのを我慢して着いてきてくれた面もあると仰有ってました。 そして今、wakanaさんはソロで自分の進みたい道を頑張って進んでいるのだと思います。 いつかwakanaさんも合流することを祈りつつ、今の梶浦さんの世界を追及、堪能していきましょう♥️♥️♥️ 今この歌のこの部分はこの人が歌っていてなんか斬新かもしれないと、新たな発見や感想が芽生えてきますよ☆ I really wonder why wakana is gone💦 However, Kajiura said that, like everyone else in Kalafina, wakana also put up with singing songs that she herself wanted to sing in front of the audience for 10 years and followed her. And now, I think wakana is working hard to follow her own path as a solo artist. While praying that wakana will join us someday, let's pursue and enjoy Kajiura's world as it is now♥️♥️♥️ You may discover something new and think that this person singing this part of the song is somehow innovative☆

Stone Cold was such an awsome performance, but it makes me a bit sad at the same time - because the lack of Wakana from the band can really be felt. They did a great job trying to cover up for her part but it's really more impactful than I thought it would be, she play such an important in adding that angelic flair to the choir part of the song.
