One more tip, old school technique, balance the weight on your palm with your thumb in a neutral position , with your thumb to the side just hanging out and not engaged in the lift at all.

Now that makes a lot of sense. However when it comes to powerlifting standing overhead press somehow just before they throw the weight over their head the. Wrists holding the weight at the neck appears to be experiencing more strain than necessary. In my opinion if they use the technique that you indicated in your video it should produce less strain on the wrist I don't know if it would increase any danger How do you feel about that?

Normally, in a calorie deficit, you’re going to lose strength and muscle mass. some people do gain strength, but it’s usually very minimal. The best thing is most likely to try and maintain strength and then once you hit your weight get goal then get into a calorie surplus to gain strength much more efficient
