The practice swing is for him to remember not to roll over on his swing and to keep his right elbow in.

Wonder why he swings across his body in his practice swing
@LMKK1013 күн бұрын
It’s a little swinging drill that he’s essentially doing to focus on not rolling over that lead hand/wrist. Obviously not how he actually swings

Lower weight boss. Pointless if you get injured and progress regresses when you could have been consistent with lower weight and make more progress.
@pshyck209410 ай бұрын
Hey man, I’ve looked at most of ur vids and from what I’ve seen you really need help with working out not to be mean try looking up form more often and makesure to do weight you can do and you’re kinda thin so try eating in a caloric surplus/ bulking I understand you’re training for baseball so you don’t need to be too bulky but some weight would definitely help keep it up 👍👍👍
@Curtis10WM10 ай бұрын
Building muscle is not about lifting heavy it’s about lifting proper. Building strength is about lifting heavy. So if you wanna get big, lift proper with light weight in 8-12 rep range where your flex is half the duration of the “unflex” motion. 1 second up, 2 seconds down. Look up hypertrophy and “time under tension”

Hey kid, start off light, practice on your technique first, and master the lightest weight. After 2-3 months slowly increase, and don't forget about eating well and replenish your body with oxygen, BCAA, amino acids and lots of water

That fist one was not a strike that so inside
@bigscarce4 Жыл бұрын
For 12u it is. Pitchers can't hit normal strike zones at that age. Wasn't that much inside either. Bad camera angle. If you trace where the ball goes through the catcher, you can see it was pretty close to being a strike regardless
