I'm incredibly frustrated with the developers of 7 Days to Die. When I purchased the original console version at full price, I expected a playable game. Instead, I got a buggy, abandoned mess. It was so flawed that I couldn't enjoy it and eventually had to give up. There were no refunds, and now they expect us to buy the same game again with a few updates that should have been free. They are NOT doing us any favors. To make matters worse, the game is still in BETA! This company has lost all credibility with me. What guarantee do we have that they won’t abandon this version too, leaving us with another unfinished product while they pocket our money? I understand they might need to recover from their legal issues, but as customers, we paid for a game that they're now trying to resell to us. The least they could do is offer a 75% discount for those of us who already purchased the game, not a mere 25%. Here’s why this is important: 1. Compensation for loyal customers: We trusted them and bought their buggy game, dealing with invisible, immortal zombies and countless other issues. 2. Demonstrating commitment: They need to show they are serious about their product and their customers. 3. Fairness: It's only right to treat their loyal customers with respect and fairness. 4. Allowing this kind of practices which lack of responsibility and seriousness, we will leave a background for other companies to follow and do the same to us, the costumers. As customers, we deserve better. We shouldn’t be paying again for what should have been fixed in the first place. If you feel the same way, let’s raise our voices together. Let the developers know that we demand a fair deal and that we won’t support unfair practices. We deserve a game that works, and we deserve to be treated with respect. For now, my friends and I will pass on this game. We'll watch how it develops because we refuse to be scammed again. Maybe, just maybe, we'll consider buying it if there's a substantial discount in the future. But a 25% discount? They’re not doing us any favors; they’re shamelessly asking for more money to fix their own mess. Let's stand together and demand the respect and fairness we deserve.

they do this with all early access games i paid 30 to 40$ for undisputed and that's going to console for 70$. not a great boxing game to be honest. but this game will have everything pc has now right? i mean your paying for the work they put into it to port it to console. believe ts cross played only with xbox and PlayStation.

Don’t understand how people are whining about the price of the new console version, having to buy the new version makes complete sense, the whole telltale situation was not their fault, and your paying for a ton of new content, and either way, it takes a lot of time/money to port a game like this that already has been on console for years, and has had a lot of drama around it, so obviously they need to make their money back. It’s obvious.

But this game has been a scam since day 1. Yeah..this should be free.

I think I’ll be waiting awhile to buy, see if it is as buggy as the first. Don’t get me wrong, we enjoyed the heck out of it at first, but way too many issues. Will just wait and see.

I just searched it on the PlayStation store and the old version doesn't pop up it is now replaced by the wish lis 7 Days to die announcement new version. UPDATE: I can confirm that at least on the PlayStation store the old version of 7 Days to die has officially been delisted. If you have the game downloaded and go over to view product the game Read's error it can't find it but you can still play your copy.

It's a lot better then having to buy the new one for full $60-$160

Great video, but I think my game has a bug, cause the moth in the pot next to the sphinx at the minute 12:21 isn't anywhere :( I've tried to close and open the game and still isn't there.

They wanted to make money. They're running out. That's why the PC version got price hiked at 1.0. The Fun Pimps become one skeevy and dirty company. I'll never buy a game from them again so long as I live. If console players are wise, they'll do the same.

I'm on PS4, why I can't buy Alpha 14/15 version of the game on PlayStation Store anymore? It's unfair. I don't own PS5 so I don't care about 1.0.

I honestly don’t even care if I have to buy the game again. Alpha 15 on console is one of the worst games I’ve ever played. It’s a crime against humanity that it even exists. 1.0 is sooooooo much better, I’m damn happy we are finally getting the game we deserve. Can’t wait until July 25th!!!

They do need to put a disclaimer but I don't think they need to stop selling it. It is still a fun game. I have it. Not everyone has a nextgen system and the new version won't play on the old gen.

I by-passed all the confusion and saved up a bit longer so I could buy a good PC. I also wanted to get back to the more accurate mouse/keyboard system, hated those wobbly controls. Many kids are used to them, I wasn't. Now I can play the better games to my heart's content as well. Get good advice for a PC build. It seems the boxes do well on the games designed for them and that's fine but when you want to play what the boxes were NOT designed for then you will be disappointed in many ways. I tried the earlier 7DTD on XBox, it was awful compared to the game on PC. I was also playing Minecraft, a great little game, on XBox and found that using a PC gives a whole different game because you can make "machines" that the XBox cannot do. I was completely confused watching numerous people on videos describing how to make these things, but none would work; most people did not mention they were using a PC. That was very frustrating, it was not the same standard of game - OK for many people though. It must be hard for kids wanting more than their parents can afford and hard on the parents coping with hard-times. Do some odd jobs and save up and buy the best if that will give you satisfaction.
