Hello Faraz and Michael, Can you please help me in solving this issue. After putting the actual dates, when I exported back excel file into P6, all 100% competed activities in the update period are not taking the actual start and actual finish dates. 100% completed activities are taking plan start and plan finish date. In progress activities are ok.

Hi Mike, I remember years ago saying it would be great if somebody went through the myriad of Settings we have in P6. You took up the challenge so well done!

I agree with Michael about the need to learn the Critical Path Method first before all other features in P6. A scheduler needs to know outcome before they press F9. If outcome is different then what they expected after they press F9. They have the ability to either understand why it was different or ask least bring the problem to an SME and tell the SME why they had that expectation.

My critical path is not show in bar chat , there is no any critical path but before that one is show please advice how to fix it

It works only if the percentage complete type is Duration. If it's physical you must update Unit percent compete as well along with Actual regular units / Actual units too.
