I’m having an issue with mine, when I release the pull handle it doesn’t return like it should and I have to push it back and it has a click/crunch sound. Beer is foamy too

I am currently doing repairs to these machines, although out the hundreds being sold there is one or two with problems, I’m doing the work for a couple of suppliers and I am qualified to work on them in a safe manner, but can’t seem to be able to track down a reliable source for parts , can anyone help, thanks Hugh [email protected] Scotland uk

Is anyone else having an issue with pouring? I am getting quite a bit of foam no matter what I try (this is coming from someone with bar experience) I have contacted Heineken and they are in contact with me to hopefully resolve the issue because we are finding that we are losing a lot of beer.

I’ve just used mine for the 1st time, it’s a great machine, I agree , there should be more choice of kegs similar to THE SUB

Louis Gavin have a look on Beerbottle.eu they have around 12 different kegs available. Mybooze.eu also do orchard thieves cider for the blade.
