It wasn't so tough for me cuz I only have 2kg dumbells. Anyways Workout records: Duration: 35 min Calories burnt: 180kcal Fat burning state: 17 minutes 😵😵

Normally, I love your workouts, but this one was so repetitive I got a bit looney by the end. Actually, I think I made it 90% of the way before calling it quits at the 20th set of wall sits - so had to go improvised the rest of the routine myself. I just can't do boring routines. Sorry!!

The only thing that needs to be changed in these workouts is the god awful music. It's getting sickeningly boring. I love the workouts and keep coming back because no other channel comes close but honestly after listening to this music for years clearly something needs to change

I do most of the workouts by seeing your videos and my shoulders and arms used to be very thin but after training for few days,my arms and shoulders look fuller and stronger.this wouldnt be possible without you. thank you for bringing back my confidence

Shoulders are burning! It's like the opposite of the little boy in A Christmas Story saying "I can't put my arms down!" but instead, I can't lift my arms up 🤣🤣🤣
