I think animal proteins will be used and absorbed by a human body better than plant proteins. animal proteins can help elevate a protein level better than plant proteins which are more difficult to be utilized by a human body.

@@adamhenrie3879 Nope. look up the study in Nature "Total cholesterol and all-cause mortality by sex and age: a prospective cohort study among 12.8 million adults". someone her age the ideal total cholesterol for all cause mortality is around 240. going as low as 130 has more risk for mortality as going higher than 300+.

I'd just make the pudding yourself and leave out the cinnamon would be the easiest option. Its not that hard to make, I've done it this week

Hey, thanks for posting. Could you please share the changes you see or feel with the blueprint routine. I have just added a version of nutty pudding to my diet where I just add most of the ingredients to my porridge or yoghurt bowl.

Hey Sam! No idea what your background is lol but as someone who has had work related wrist damage/surgery and pain for many years, I can highly recommend deliberate wrist strengthening movements. You need that muscular stability to protect you during those broader movements :) Rice bucket is a great universal tool, or you can use those same dumbbells to do various directions of controlled wrist curls!

How much it cost? You only eat the protocol and nothing more?
@STJL2 ай бұрын
Everything in the video is about $340. But it only covers about 400 of your daily calories. So all study participants are supposed to still eat how ever they would like.

Love the video, thank you! Quick question, what do you consider a high resting heart rate? Thanks.
@STJL4 ай бұрын
My resting rate is usually 90 or higher. I’ve seen some days get as low as 85 though. My cardiologist says it is fine, but I would like it to be lower.

Usually no pain at all now. The first month or two my incision was very sensitive. I had ulnar nerve transposition surgery because my ring and pinky used to go painfully numb/tingly.
