She's a wonderful person. Im sure Ben is too. Sometimes relationships fail that seem like they shouldn't. That's sad and disheartening. And sobering. I was so sure that their failed marriage was due to typical, obvious things. But that's not the case. What a talk. It got better and better. The lesson was the lesson. And they ended it on good terms. Thx.

It wasn't a 'feeling' at my former employer; it was a straight up fact. Sr. Managment was simply not welcoming nor did they embrace open feedback, advice, etc. Old schoolers.

"How do you make your employees feel when they're with you" is probably one of the most important questions that a leader should honestly (and constantly) ask and sincerely act upon when a candid answer is given. Thank you Claire! Really great talk! More power!

Ashton's infamous "cusp" explanation is a poorly-articulated but important growth-hacking point. Timing counts. Through testing, you can algorithmically determine the optimal point in time and method of stimulating a referral.

95% of people that shell out $5,000 for this class never see a dime in return. That kind of mathematical reality is about as "amazing" and "awesome" as a bank robbery. That is a fact and you can try to argue about how "worth it" it is until you are blue in the face.

Nice. The goal of any payment company is to make payments disappear. Hate Payments, Love Shopping. Get obsessive about frictionless payments.
