In dusty horse barns mine get sweaty and dirty. I’ll rinse them well in the sink each day. They are also mostly the lightweight Nike dry-Fit material too. Doing this they hold up well and aren’t gross!

That is a diamond-backed watersnake nonvenomous. Very common. You might also run into some plain-bellied watersnakes. I would be extremely unlikely for you to have a water moccasin in any of your ponds. You are probably more likely to win the lottery.

Really I thought water moccasin are common in our tanks. I obviously have no idea how to identify them

@@JadrenAquatics They've actually never been documented in your area. The the closest they come to you is Graford or Jacksboro. The nonvenomous water snakes are plentiful.

I've got at least 6 turquoise rainbowfish fry. I removed a large mass of plants from my tank with 6 very young (1.2-1.5") fish and put the plants into a bucket. 6 days later I see at least 6 fry, likely way more (my eyes are not so good). I am not prepared but I have raised angelfish and cories in the past. Might flake food mashed in a mortar and pestle be small enough for them?
