As you said, you watched some one else use the program first. Must be nice to have someone in the same town to have this program. this sure is a hard program to learn going in blind. Remember 'Cakewalk Pro Audio 9? Right before they fucked it up and went to RADAR. Why is it that the companies don't give a fuck about a new user???? This program is a muther fucker, i mean that in a bad way not a good way. Just money hungry company.

I only ever made a couple of tracks with Acid. What I noticed is the software when using its stock plugins has a sound. Its ideal for real techno adn I suspect those in Techno who use it sort of keep it on the hush. For me it was one simple thing. No way to mute a clip with a key command. This made it impossible for me to work with. Shame really as I liked the sound - something about it

Hallo. Cubase 13 pro Anwender. Ich habe das Problem das die Punkte schön blinken und die Lautstärke Anzeige bei den Instrumenten ausschlägt, aber im Kopfhörermix trotz bineural nichts ankommt. Bei keinem Video konnte ich sehen worauf die einzelnen stereoouts der Instrumente geroutet sind, ob auf Standard bed oder etwas anderes. Wieso kommt kein Ton im Kopfhörer an? Thx

I've never considered 'punchy' to be a good thing when describing recording. Makes me think of all of the overproduced 80's style stuff with gated reverb on the drums and just in-your-face vocals/guit/bass/keys/horns. Although I do hear it all the time to describe what some people think is awesome.
