I was in severe pain holding my arm & busted wrist still for this 35-minute procedure. I wish I was told I could bring a driver so I could take my PAIN MEDS for this! Am certain it will greatly help pin-point all the fun stuff for my hand surgeon. 😖😖😖😖😖😖😖😖

it doesnt even explain anything its just music. you OWE it to your patients to explain more detail especially the fact no metal can be in the room and the scanner makes loud noise.. shame

Lady told ne was no worse then any other mri i made sure ask though i was on my back as one time had lay on stomach pilllow sliped under my face when put me in forgot guve me panic button. So i had alot extra concerns and she said was no worse then avarge mri um cage over my face is big magor glad i called dr taking anxiety meds prior but now panicked though

when I had my mri of foot and ankle she made me bend the other knee it was hard to hold still on the knee being bent as I have arthritis ini t and neuropathy in my feet

Is that a Short-Bore or Long -Bore Open Mri machine in the video? If you are getting MRA for Labral Hip... would a average 5'6-8" persons have a little bit of their head be out of the machine?

@@Su-ks1qb Generally speaking, yes, MRIs can show the healing process which produces changes in the injured tissues that are visible on MRI scans. The mri machine is more than just a magnet. There’s gradients inside that help take your pictures. Unfortunately, that means you have to go deeper inside for all the machinery to do their work.

It’s absolutely awful! It is a camera, and also a couple of mirrors. The mirrors are so you can see out by your feet. That actually makes it worse for me. Such a bad experience. Some people are fine with it, but I have an awful time. Good luck

@@HarryBallsss I did an open MRI instead and I’m not even sure if it’s the reason why I couldn’t get a proper diagnosis or not.. so I’m thinking to redo it all over and face my fear.
