We generally ask the hotel/concierge for recommendations, or the airbnb host, but also just google babysitting services and the location to see if any companies exist. FB groups for expats in that area are also a good resource ☺️

I hear what you’re saying for sure! We work while we travel. We’re fortunate to be able to work remotely and we can do it from anywhere as long as we can handle any time zone challenges with meetings, etc. We did the whole corporate grind for like 13 years and since 2018 have found alternate ways to make a living and travel a bunch as we raise our kids. My wife does financial consulting for small companies and I used to be in finance but have turned to photography, videography, brand content creation and we have our social channels and blog as well. We make wayyy less money but are enjoying life much more and are able to spend lots more time with the kids while they’re young.

I honestly can’t remember but in this area of the world you will likely see them anywhere and everywhere, mainly outside but as we have traveled through SE Asia a lot once in a while we have a small lizard or gecko in the apartment. But they always hide and only eat the mosquitoes so we appreciate them ☺️

Many visitors to Bali also visit Penida, Lembongan, etc. Furthermore, if you actually read the description of this video I specifically talk about visiting those islands as something to do if you visit Bali. Sorry you’re having such a bad day 😅

We’ve found that like anything it takes practice. The more you do it the easier it gets. Our kids are super easy and well behaved on flights ☺️

Depends on who you’re focused on, yourself or your family. We travel with our kids because we know we’re helping develop well rounded kids and we’ve found that real life long bonds with our kids are forming through our experiences together.

We love flying! But over the holidays it can be a bit more hectic, not gonna lie

It was a MaClaren Mark II stroller that we had in this video :)

We stayed in a range of hotels and airbnbs over 6 weeks between Nosara, Tamarindo, Playa Flamingo and Peninsula Papagayo. The hotels we stayed in were Olas Verdes in Nosara and the Andaz Peninsula Papagayo. Everything else was airbnbs. I did make a video about Olas Verdes on my channel and there is more info about our other experiences in my Costa Rica highlight on Instagram ☺️

The lake is pretty clear in general but sections of the south shore in South Lake Tahoe can get a little more cloudy. If you’re looking for clear water with big rocks like in the video most of that is on the north east shore or west shore near rubicon or sugar pine. But for swimming beaches specifically near South Lake Tahoe I’d recommend Pope beach, Baldwin beach or Nevada beach

Yes they did for us, but it was 3.5 years ago. I just googled and apparently they still provide free transportation from the caticlan airport
