Highly recommended by a family member. Scheduling an appointment asap for synovial chrondomatosis. A rare disease no one seems to know much about.

I'm grateful for the inspiration your video has provided. How did Phyllis's experience with Tulsa Bone & Joint Owasso impact her journey to recovery? As someone who operates a dream interpretation channel, I'm interested in exploring the symbolic significance of the journey towards physical healing. I appreciate the inspiring testimonial shared in this video and have liked and subscribed to the channel for more uplifting stories of hope and resilience.

We visited Dr Ready today . Unfortunately I am helping an old friend , she is 87 years old , deaf , can’t speak English . Unfortunately there was nobody to help her on her last appointment , she needs someone to call , she make it , but it was little late , she missed the appointment , but she paid no show penalty . But today when I was there with lady and I was so excited to see Doctor , because I am looking Dr for my self , Dr showed in the room and instead of answering my hello , he just bursted so badly about her last appointment , I tried to make him understand , but he was not listening at all , was super mad . I told him she called , I told him she had paid penalty . But he just make us about to cry ! And then he was out of staff and he sent her to the other Doctor . So we waited Ike hours , the total appointment we make in almost 3 hours 😢😢😢😢 but we understand his problems , But I cat understand his frustration ! So sad about it

Hi - I don’t know your situation, of course, but I am dealing with severe OA, RA, Fibromyalgia Geesh ~ I have virtually no cartilage left in my shoulders. I get more “referred pain” in upper arm muscles & elbows down to my pinkies ~ I’m told all from shoulder ~ Anyway, working up the nerve, nerve being the operative word. My vertebrae like to shift & push discs and pinch nerves periodically. I had h nerve block in my neck, shoulder nerve was pinched, and 2 in my lowest lumbar. No complications from the nerve block - presumably you refer to a needle put into the spinal area… Blessed Be and Heal Well ~

As I got older the pain became more severe but being in UK with no help or support or where to go or how to find help in what’s going on in my body is not helping me find out the answers

Thanks for the video! Just got mine and didn't want to cut the excess rope off - until I saw your presentation. I like the fact that there IS extra length as I am using it while sitting.

Slipped ribs are typically treated by PCPs or chiropractors. We do not treat them at Tulsa Bone & Joint.

Was this surgery done anterior or posterior? How long after surgery before you can resume doing yoga poses? To Disey Depp below - you can't bend more than 90º only if you had a posterior hip replacement. After anterior hip replacement, you can bend forward and touch your toes.

Just had mine replaced 5 days ago. Was told normal lifestyle in 6 months, full recovery in 1-2 years. No extreme yoga postures, no asian squats ( full squats), no sitting on floor. I used the exact same prosthesis with minimal invasion robotic assisted surgery. This is definitely an advertisement . No way 7 months you can do that. Your hip will pop !

NOT your usual hip replacement situation at all. After my hip replacement, the surgeon told me to never create an angle less than 90 degrees between the torso and the thigh....or I risk dislocation of the hip. This is just an ad for the clinic not useful information about post hip surgery.

What's the material of the artificial hip? Do we have any study on the material poisoning to human body over time?
@tulsaboneandjoint
@tulsaboneandjoint 2 жыл бұрын
From Dr. J. Scott Reid: We use a combination of materials to perform a hip replacement. The stems that go In the femur and the cups that replace the socket are generally made of titanium. This has been used for many years without issue. The femoral head is replaced by a ceramic ball, while the cartilage is replaced by a material called highly cross linked polyethylene. This is a very durable plastic that has been shown in multiple studies to be safe and experience very little wear over time. There have been some implant constructs that had metal parts touching, and this had the potential to lead to corrosion. Revision rates for this problem were still lower than revision rates of early cemented constructs. Despite this fact, it is in our best interest to avoid these constructs, as they do have the potential to corrode leading to elevated levels of metal ions in the blood. In all but the rarest of instances, we at TB&J use the the titanium, ceramic and poly construct as it has a great track record for safety and durability.
