I prefer the straight bar. I don't have a good reason other than I like the feeling better in my biceps.

On a push pull routine, I know that back and biceps are pull and chest and triceps are push , then legs , where do the shoulders fall into this , I want to mix up my regular routine of chest and arms, back and shoulders and legs , thank you

I put my shoulder in their own training day. Putting me at 4 days of training and then a rest day. I know others that put their shoulders in the push category. I just think that is too many muscle groups for a workout.

@JamesHoward-1987 that sounds interesting, I'm thinking since that will make it a 4 day before rest, I can or should add another movement to each body part , I was doing 2 per body part... now I understand why YOU were doing for example, dumbell chest, bench and flies, thank you so much, I have a terrible habit of overthinking things , I'm excited 😊

Your videos are a daily gift. I love listening to your updates and how candid you are about your successes and failures. And your posing is on point. What I really enjoy, though, is watching your muscles naturally flex when you're not posing. It's fun to see one of your pecs bounce or your abs ripple as you move naturally. You're so muscular and fit that you probably don't even realize it's happening. But your fans do! Very impressive!

I would go with the large personally. We are similar in weight and I wear large almost exclusively and it works out well

I’ve been dealing with a similar elbow issue. I would recommend two things… Bring the weight down a lot on your tricep, push downs and other tricep exercises and really focus on the eccentric movement to strengthen your tendon around your elbow.

@@JamesHoward-1987 that makes sense. I also recently heard that excessive hard gripping can make elbow pain come on for what that’s worth. I have been trying to focus on taking the crazy grip squeeze out of my exercises more and it’s seemed to help a lot

unfortunately, but jeans and trousers for women have the same problem: You should not be fit, ie have thighs; you don't have to be in shape, i.e. have a waist....Have you tried jackets? They have hunchbacks these days ❗🙄
