Why my remote control cannot totally off the light after switching off. I can still see some light in very dim mode. Only can totally off the light by using the main switch on the wall. Why?

Don't buy as the app only comes in English. Not elderly /racially friendly. Breeze mode not working as intended. Company ignored despite repeated emails to update app to include language selection.😮😢

Two of my friends got this soundbar, and I am thoroughly not impressed with the quality. Even when set up properly, it sounds like mono, let alone stereo or Dolby Atmos. I hardly hear anything surround or overhead.
