So...... no explanation on expiration time. No making of the condensed milk, no making of the vanilla. Just mix store-bought ingredients and you've got a jar of creamer that will last for 12 days in the fridge.

Yeah it’s pretty easy and simple. Even with store bought ingredients. But you know what I do like what you say, I am going to make a video with making homemade condensed milk. And different flavors! Thanks for the idea!

If you make it, you can figure out when yours will expire based off which of your ingredients will expire first. Milk / half and half/ heavy cream all have short shelf life . Look for their expire dates

I have this issue happen to me at times as well. What I like to do when I bread my chicken, is to make sure its really packed on. So I usually press it down in the breadcrumbs and flour. Also, it may help too to pat the chicken dry first just to make sure it sticks well. Hope this helps!

Is there any way to make homemade creamer without using sweetened condensed milk? I find that stuff is just too sweet to me.

That is actually a really good question! So I looked up some homemade coffee creamer recipes and all of them use sweetened condensed milk. And that got me thinking of how we can make it without the condensed milk. So I’m going to do some research and make a video on it! I have an idea I want to test out, because now I’m curious too. I will let you know my findings!

Consider using regular milk or evaporated milk and then sweeten to taste. One recipe on YT uses an evaporated milk and sweetened condensed milk combination.
