I almost never comment but i need to point out a few stuff; i think you know that youre already very skinny, and the way you talk about ur body or saying stuff like "i feel disgusting" when you know damn well ur not fat, or the pick me behavior of "oh im not hungry im soooo full" after barely eating anything is a very bad influence on young girls, and as a content creator you shouldnt support eating disorders in such a way. Its perfectly fine to want to stay in shape but you should act and talk responsibly since you dont know whos watching

Feeling disgusting has nothing to do with being skinny/fat, thin people are allowed to feel insecure about their bodies. When you’re thin you tend to get full faster compared to someone who’s average/fat/obese, our bodies are used to less food/calories thus we get full faster. Someone who’s obese will feel hungry 1-2 hours after they eat because their body is used to eating too many calories. Lastly, everyone has free will and is capable of clicking off a video if they find it too triggering. No one on the internet is responsible for anyone else’s feelings.

Watching this when I struggled with an ED made me think this was normal.., rewatching this now, dang.. I hope no one recreates this. Guys it’s really bad to under-eat, don’t go down that road, I’m still trying to recover my periods bc of it, don’t forget that your organs take a toll on it aswell.. your heart is doing its best to keep beating, so nourish yourself well! and if you need help tell someone, text or ask for professional help. don’t let that voice in your head win. You CAN get out of it! You CAN be saved 🤎

That is more food than I eat regularly in a day, mostly the same types of food, and I need to lose 30 kilos of baby weight more, I have lost 10 kilos, but it has taken several months and on less food and a minimum of 5 hours of exercise a week. I honestly don't see how you can get in a calorie deficit eating that much food even with 1 hour daily exercise as a minimum, unless you are 180+ cm tall.
@flavia1998_16 күн бұрын
You call that much food ?
@Elianalivinglife15 күн бұрын
@@flavia1998_ yes, but it also depends on hight, and activity levels, muscle mass, the more muscle mass you have the faster do you burn fat, that is why cardio is bad for weight loss, cardio gets rid of fluid not fat. So it all depends, but for me with my hight, and muscle mass, activity levels, and amount of weight needed to lose. I eat a small bowl of vegan yoghurt or a banana for breakfast at 9 and then at 3.30 I eat dinner on a lunch plate, a scoop of rice with some sort of dressing, vegetables and maybe a half baked chicken breast. That is one of my weekly days and I lose a maximum of 500g a week, but most often just 200g a week. I lift weights in the gym 1-2 hours a week, I garden and take care of our homestead 15+ hours a week with a lot of walking and lifting and carrying heavy things. Add bicycling once or twice a week in the spring and summer for 30 minutes to 2 hours. I am a certified nutritionist, with a strength trainer certification too, and an accredited coach too. With 10 years, of experience. I have had an untreated genetic inherited issue with my pancreas not producing enough enzymes to break down nutrients, and been pregnant, adding untreated ADHD on top have left me in the state I am needing to lose 40kg, as of January 2024. Despite having all the education I have, and that is also why I know that crash dieting for a few days can make you lose weight fast, most is water loss, and everyone gains it all back plus some additional weight, as the body then becomes a fat store than a fat burner, the more crash dieting we do the more fat our body will store in case of an emergency. Short terms crash dieting makes everyone fatter, a long-term weight loss and exercise plan is needed as well as some 13 step goal setting to be able to change lifestyle to lose weight and keep it of and be healthy, as well as addressing other health conditions as digestion diseases, and ADHD etc. that complicate and can be the reason for not being physical able to lose weight and keep it of for good and change lifestyle to a healthy long-term lifestyle. There are so many myths about nutrition and how many calories, proteins, ect. We actually need, as 99% of nutritional studies are funded by companies with conflict of interest, and that makes the studies invalid and useless for health improvement, and scamming people to stay sick and heavier than needed and malnourished. I have been using over a decade studying nutritional studies from all over the world, the key factor to health and longevity, is homegrown organic plant foods as the biggest part of all meals, a tiny portion of local organic chicken, duck, lamb, goat or fish that have lived a low stress natural life, and a little of some locally produce organic and minimally processed dairy. Also vinegar and fregmented foods is an essential addition to incorporated in the diet as every blue zone community has fregmented fruits or vegetables as a stable. All blue zone diets are also filled with fiber an essential part of carbohydrates that ensure a proper digestion with healthy gut bacteria to ensure proper nutritient absorption into the body. And ours spend outside everyday, in nature and working with the whole body building strength and resistance with naturally manual farm labour. And then proper rest and sleep. Eating 2 meals a day, and drinking a 2L-3L clean water a day depending on weather, in the summer we need to drink more. Spending quality time with family and friends is essential for health as well. Blue zones have very low stress levels and most don't strive for materialistic success and career success, but focuse on living a fulfilled life with the people they love. I strive for a fulfilled live with people I love, high quality home-grown food and home cooked in proper portion sizes individual to each of us in our family as we have different heights, ages and activity levels. I strive for natural movement in nature, and low stress levels. Long term goals, with a lot of part goals along the way. Weight loss is not necessarily healthy, and it can do more harm than good if done unhealthy and with the lack of valid factual knowledge. Weight loss, can also be water loss, muscle mass loss and fat loss. Weight gain can be excess water do to a diet full of salty foods, weight gain can be caused by high fat diets and pure quality foods often processed junk, or weight gain can also be health muscle mass due to strength training. So you can gain weight healthily and you can also lose weight healthily, but today most don't do either due to lack of knowledge and a lot of fake facts.

Why ppl are making such a big deal of it?. Is it too low in calories? Yes!. But she did it for only a week. Not a long term one. It’s totally fine and her body won’t get harmed. At least it’s based on real unprocessed food.
