Got my holster today, and already marked where I need to cut it! That extra piece is useless and gets in the way when I try to draw! My glock holsters (Safarliand ALS) don’t have that extra piece, idk why they added it, they should redesign the holster and have it removed instead of having to dremel that piece off.

The advice I heard on adjustable stocks is that if you grab the grip normally with your grip arm elbow at a 90° angle, the butt should be about two fingers widths from the crook of your elbow. I have no idea if this is the best way to do it. I have never figured out why they are shorter overall and what difference it makes as long as it's comfortable.
