If you ever have a chance, I recommend staying at the Gadsden hotel in Douglas AZ. It was built in 1907 and it is truly unique. When we stayed there in the early 2000’s, the elevator was operated by the front desk agent and had to call down from the room if we needed to ride down. They also have a haunted room.

We stayed here in the early 2000’s and had a 3rd floor balcony room. The balcony view was incredible with a view of the town and valley below. I woke up in the middle of the night to the sound in the hall of what sounded like a gurney being wheeled down the hallway. I was too scared to open the door 😂

Great Video. Glad you were able to get into the cave. My wife and I were in AZ for two weeks this summer. I didn't go on that hike, but it gives me something to do next time. Sedona is Amazing. We rented a Jeep and did some great trails in Sedona. If you have a Jeep, check out Broken Arrow. We also did Grand Canyon, Monument Valley and Flagstaff to cool down before we flew out of PHX.

I live in the town of cottonwood right below jerome. I love how the hotel stands on top of the place like a castle in an old medieval village. I've had the good fortune to stay there more than one night because I had a connection and I can tell you this. Nothing. Nothing haunted nothing ghostly nothing sinister. Put a whole lot of people who thought it was. However it's beautiful to look at. The views are stunning and the cafe downstairs serves great wine. Don't get me wrong. The idea of a haunted old ghost town is poetic and definitely gives a place a little bit more intrigued but there's more to it than that. People need to stop sensationalizing things and just enjoy them for what they are. That has its own magic

Tetanus comes from the soil. A rusty nail is a hazard because it has clearly been exposed to the elements which means it might have tetanus on it. But you can get tetanus from rubbing a deep wound with dirt. If you were to rust a nail in your house with water and air and puncture yourself, you would not get tetanus.
