That knot's thicker than an american D**k, its gotta be Asian thin.

I love your running commentary while fishing. Kind of hilarious you are keeping a "tree to fish" count ratio. Those cutty's look like Green Back Cutthroats to me, denoted by large black spots. But there are Colorado River Cutthroats in Colorado as well. Not sure where you were fishing. Yes, pretty common to swap out dry flies if you're getting as much action as you are.

I'm a Knot Guy, Always Enjoy a Good Loop Knot, Very Useful, I Can't See if the Tag End is Going through Both Loops or Just One 😊🎉

There's no way to do a polymer knot on both sides of swivels, someone help me out? My father in law suggested I use polymer knots but I only know how to do clinch knots on both sides of swivels.

You can, you just have to pull the rod & reel through the loop lol

Which color is the braid & which one is the floro?
@brycealthoff809213 күн бұрын
Braid or main line would be the blue rope. White rope would be your leader.

I kinda like the fg know for heavy fluor leader. It is very streamlined. And it was powerfull enough for me to pull my boat towards a rock it was stuck to with quite some speed

I just got into fishing and maybe I screwed myself with getting 4 lb fluorocarbon because I am having no luck with knots it's very hard to work with and I have had no success yet except quench that's easy

I would really like to see these knots tested side by side in a controlled environment. They are both my go-to’s. Lots of tests compared Alberto to standard Albright but I haven’t seen it compared to the improved Albright. I’m sure there strength would be so similar as to make little difference, but I’d still like to see it.

I love the perfection loop (especially with quick release) but I wish there were easy directions for how to tie the loop around an object. It's meant to be a fishing knot isn't it?
