State is a huge powerful and sovereign entity that's only purpose is to protect individual from evil. State has yhe special skill and rational mind to achieve the purpose. If individual goes against the state or rebels against it, individual is actually dogging his own grave by removing the only protective shield he has. Then individual has to fight evil all by alone and he may not defeat the evil all by himself without special' skill and rationality that state has. Just dont misunderstand state. Public welfare is one of the tool through which state is saving individual from evil. In doing so if one individual is served lately , i dont think thats a big issue.
