Nice ride master! Taga Sto. Tomas Batangas lang ako pero hindi ko pa nagagawa ang Taal Lake Loop. Wala kasi sa konisyon mag long ride na may maraming ahon. 😅 Ride safe palagi sir!

Madami nagsasabi na komportable ang Brooks saddle kaso may kamahalan siya (7-8k pesos)

Curious nga din ako sa Brooks saddle, specifically sa C17 nila. Meron din daw itong flex, pero tama lang daw. Ayun nga lang, medyo mahal siya :)

@@kronoscat6472 hindi pa sir. Isang saddle na natry ko na masasabi kong OK ay yung Selle San Marco Shortfit, ginamit ko for Audax 600 last April. May konting saddle sore pa rin ako na naramdaman start after 500kms siguro, pero so far isa sa best saddle natry ko. :)

I have 4 wheels using TPU tube. One wheel had a Snake Bite puncture, but, when I tried to patch it at home using its provided patch, installed it and bring the air pressure but the next day, the patch did not held up. IMO, the TPU tube is a good option but totally garbage as it is not repairable. Butyl inner tube is still essential, thus, I always carry 3 pcs. butyl tubes. Going TUBELESS for both of my road bikes is out of the question, even if my wheel sets are tubeless ready.

Thanks for sharing your experience! Yeah, TPU repair is a bit of a hit-or-miss. That's why I still bring a spare Butyl on long rides.

Ni-revive ko rin yung 2011 Vision 1.5 na 26er noong simula nung pandemic para magamit ni misis papasok sa office nila. Modern 1x rigid, and mullet setup ang ginawa ko. I was supposed to sell it nung 2019. Buti na lang at walang nakabili. Sa pag-revive ko nitong 26er, dito ako natuto i-maintain/service ang mga bikes ko. Ride safe master. 🙏

Ridenow TPU yung gamit ko mga 6 months na rin. Gamit ko rin yung TPU patch kit nila and so far successful naman pero dahil siguro naka gravel tire ako na nasa max 50 psi lang yung pressure. Isang magandang natuklasan ko din, pwede kang gumamit ng patching glue at duct tape for patching. So far walang naging issue para sakin pero ayun nga, max 50 psi lang yung setup ko. Salamat!
