Darn, if Tom had kept drinking & avoided a happy marriage with children, WE, THE PUBLIC would have received more and BETTER songs. It's been a long time between eucalyptus trees, Tom. Yeah, Variating Mules is a nice imitation, but Rain Dogs was the last real thing. A happy sober family?! Tom, damnit, that is NOT why we needed you! Is there another great drunk songwriter out there who understands old cars and has MD 20/20 vision? Would someone please wake me when this happens? Thank you.
