Remove the part first .second, delete the chrome paint because it's paint. Underneath the chrome, it's probably black Underneath. If you would of removed trim from the you would have that issue. You people are lazy to remove the trim very easy

@evangelistaalbertomercedes7905 hey thanks for checking out the video. It's holding up good. Although I have no edge kit on them, no breakage or cracks where the cars enter. I haven't clean my garage yet so no update there. I need to do a video on cleaning/update one day.

This guy seems to be very lazy. He should’ve ran all those tiles right through to turn the back wall. I’ve got a two car garage too, about the same size and I ran the flooring right to the back wall. Looks super. He also did not put the pieces in the front That have a bevel on them so your car can gradually just go up into it. Obviously he doesn’t know what he’s doing.

I got mine on vacation but I had no luggage space when I was leaving from it so I returned it and bought it online but I found it at Costco 10 dollars cheaper so I returned it AGAIN and finally I’m building it rn

Looks good. Im on the verge of ordering, Tell me, do you need the edges to avoid the tiles shifting or has not been a problem? It’s been one year on, still going ok?

@mindyabiznesspeople hey! It's been a long time since I did this project, but if I remember correctly; I did primer, sanded, and applied two coats. Hope this helps. I just recently used the same paint code for my office and it turned out great. It's a great color.

When you're peeling the Plasti Dip off the car and off the window how does it stay on the chrome trim? Is there something that you're applying to the window shield and the car paint first?

Finding the left spring seems to be an issue, 52446-TK8-A03 is back ordered with no ETA, found this to be the case with local and online dealers. Would it be possible to use the right spring on both sides, of course you would also need to use a right side lower isolator on both sides then. Curious if the left side lower control arm would accept a right side spring and isolator. I'm also curious if your ride height changed after the spring broke in and settled about a month later.

I put it on a seam like that, and let it cure overnight. Next day, pinholes. shaked pipe, more pinholes. Now sanding it off and trying an epoxy.

what did you do for the entrance edge where the car pulls in? I feel the edge is kinda high for the tires to roll thru

Done a few applications with it and after a while it start peeling off, if you can paint it I think is a best long term solution.

You don’t need 30 min drying. You can do 5-8 minutes between coats

Amazon stated my 2019 model does not fit the KYB, so had to buy Monroe. My driver side (eft side) strut is broken with only 50,000 miles. My last 2008 Odyssey didn't need replacement even after 200,000 miles.

I just replaced mine and was surprised how easy it was following this. Though mine seem kinda bright and they’re white LED so I’m a little nervous about being pulled over. Based on CA.

this is amazing. I was going to try to chrome delete with vinyl, but this look sSOOOOOO MUCH SIMPLER and better. i was really worried i'd screw up the paint on my car, but this looks like its not even remotely adhering to the paint! Thank you!

I’ve had mine on for 4 years and still looks perfect. If you do it properly and clean the chrome first, it works.

I've been pressure washing it at home and it hasn't come off. I'm not sure how it be through a mechanical car wash. Hand wash should be okay or touch less wash.

Excuse me, are they supposed to blink? I just changed mine because i lost the acrilic glass on both sides , changed the bulb too ( no led) and now i notice for the first time that they are.. fixed? They don’t blink with the turn signal? Is it normal or i smashed something😂 thank you if you could answer!

Great Video. Going to add this to my list whenever I change out the rear shocks with the same KYB's you installed. However, I will be keeping the original springs, bump stop and change out the top and lower spring mounts. The bump stop looked to be in decent shape in this video so at over $60 each will be reluctant to change.
