Cheer~~~a machine with a rapidly rotating container that applies centrifugal force to its contents, typically to separate fluids of different densities (e.g. cream from milk) or liquids from solids.😊

What an incredible science humans has developed. This is something to be grateful for everyday. Plasmid will have the potential to cure all diseases when the special interests will allow it.

Isn't the RNA primase synthesizing the RNA primer, not DNA primase? RNA primase also attaches a small primer on the DNA leading strand before DNA polymerase III binds to it. Expected more from Harvard University teams

instead of btb, can I use litmus paper as the indicator?
@md.12762 ай бұрын
just looking at it, seems like lots of improvement can be done here. at least shake or invert the blocking buffer few more times so it can mix well, or you might have instant binding of some antibodies and result in uneven imaging signal.

Thank you for demonstrating this so beautifully and in such simple language. I would like to ask one question related to the Proton pump. How many protons pass through the Oxysomes to generate 1ATP? I have been getting multiple answers including 2H+ and 4H+. What's the correct answer?
