The fact that he didn't even need to catch the bar down in a full squat just goes to show the pure explosiveness and drive in his lower half. And NBA players really think they could play in the NFL🤔? This is a WR folks. Besides QB's, they're probably the weakest position group lifting-wise. Imagine watching your favorite NBA hooper try this weight 😂😂😂... yeah, that part 💯

Then you have the flip side where guys are forced to beg to get it and still can’t 🤦♂️ so end up self medicating instead or clinics charge thousands for something that is actually quite cheap

First athlete/celebrity trainer that actually good
I first saw Kelly in a video for Oner Activer where she explained the 3 main lifts. What piqued my interest was how she explained them. Competently, confidently, and it was clear that she was sharp and thoughtful as an educator and student (as in she herself has learned the process and figured out how to communicate it to others). Thank you both for this interview and I really liked what you said about what a food trainer is, around 29:49, essentially “make [your client] the hero in their own journey”. That sounds like a servant leadership style and what I strive for! I would love to know when you expand to south Austin ;). Keep up the good work, both of you!

Buncha douchey gym bros went into the trt bizz. Now tons of 20something guys are pricking their butt twice a week thinking they're "alpha", when in reality they're just on roids. I get it. If you need the stuff, disregard my comment bc I'm being a little hyperbolic. But, if you're 20 and don't need it, stay away from it. I'm early 40's and just quit taking it after 3 years on it. It did have some benefits, but mostly with depression. I always had water retention. Sleep was good then bad. Estrogen was always up. It's just not worth it, to me. And for all the stage 5 douchers, yes I micro doses, under dosed, multi dosed, alt dosed, sub q'd, intra muscled, bi-weeklied, once a weeked, etc. It's like the Vegan people that try to tell you it didn't work bc you didn't do it right. Like I said, it's good stuff, but there's a big caveat to that. You will have to monitor yourself and probably need other medication to mitigate trt's down stream effects. 🍻 cheers

Same with cannabis especially in the uk they not trying to help anyone but themselves like cannabis you have to go private you won’t get it free on the nhs and that’s shocking I pay £600 a month and £100 every 3 months for a consultation they just want your money they don’t care how you are like the guy says it’s a business even if u have a normal testosterone level they will still put u on it it is totally unethical there is no care for the patient
