So its just a skein of random yarn a stitch holder and a magnetic bookmark...that certainly is a surprise. What does that cost you? About 8 dollars? Kinda dissapointing i have to say. Basically just one small yarn. I guess its a yarn sample is what it is. To promote the product. But paying 42 dollars? Get a life. Unless that is pure mulberry silk or something and even then thats expensive for a skein of silk yarn. How you can think thats well eorth the money i do not know. 42 dollars a skein? 😂 thats wild.

Beautiful ❤They do look like Hobbii or Yarnart flower cakes and plied like Stenli cakes. I would definitely recommend using a wooden yarn guide on the red cake like the little Stenli hearts to keep yarn from tangling.

They look like very good copies of Hobbii Dahlia or Azalea cakes (pink/red), and YarnArt (blue/brown).

Love those yarns! Never can find cakes of yarn on Temu, so my place to buy cakes is Walmart, but they are limited on brands.

I can never find deals on Temu they always carry me to the 1$ pages lol those are beautiful colors ❤

I got my premier yarn in for the baby blanket gift buuut I just started a bag that’s a gift for one of my church volunteers 😅 The baby isn’t due until October and I know what pattern I’m using… I have time. Premier is currently having a sale on DK yarn and I considered getting some for my MIL’s blanket but it’s not in my budget right now and I’m still deciding what stitch to use for hers (I keep seeing new ones and they’re all SO PRETTY). Decisions, decisions!

I learned how crochet with Boye and Im learning how to knit with them, too. In my case, I can say are tool beginners friendly, economics and with amazing quality ❤

Hello! I have a black and red acrylic/viscose yarn woven shawl I want to dye burgundy so bad. Do you think if I tried using like a plum purple dye, it would leave the red parts burgundy and the black parts maybe with a deep purple tint? Would appreciate any tips or advice, thank so much.😊

I like Big Twist because of the selection of colors and textures. However, I mostly use it to make things that don’t need to be washed like amigurumi or tote bags. Peeling is definitely an issue.
