Absolutely, Airtel in general is a poor service. I am waiting for BSNL to switch my Airtel Number to BSNL. i have daily 2 GB subscrition on my mobile, one day i had to recharge for aditional internet when Airtel xtream Fiber was down and service team not responded for > a week . so almost for 8 days i need to rechgarge recharge daily internet for Rs 40 on mobile while i wait for xstream to respond. since I recharged daily Rs.40 on mobile internet, Airtel stopped my mobile internet daily 2gb quota also, as they expect me to recharge daily additional internet since I am in need. Xstream - I had to wait > 10 days after a phone complaint and after in person compliant to retail office near by. I had to continosuly call the service team patiently while they respond rude and responding that the allocated person was on leave and cant attend until hes back!!! :-( People please stop Airtel, go with JIO even if its more for now until BSNl PIcks up
