Hi, i am not tech-savy but have a problem - I have philips UHD 49PUT7791/V7 LED TV. Facing Jumping flickering line issue. Tv repair guy said the last technician who has worked on this tv for similar issue has put some tape and its done wrongly. He has blocked channel. You have to change the Panel which will cost 21000/- I dont want to spend so much. Any other solution?

Just turn on the bluetooth then press the volume key and then turn off the bluetooth and it will be back to normal. I already did what he did, thankfully i didnt had to dismantel my phone. Thank me later
