The roll of NE looks heavier and more filling. Mayonnaise must be thick. Scotland's roll looks lighter and mild.🦞🥪🍽

ESF is great, spent a lot of time there in January, and will be back there in a couple of weeks. I think the collaboration of small street food vendors in one common venue works so much better than the old model of a big restaurant with big overheads. I live in Gloucester, where we now have the "Food dock". Again smaller vendors under one roof, and is very popular in the less than one year it's been open. This afternoon I'm going to Dunkertons just outside Cheltenham, more of the same concept.

Thanks for watching and commenting, as tourists it's hard to gauge these things, we were certainly happy with the food we experienced and the city as a whole. But if we get to go back again we will look out for something off the beaten track! 😁

So is there really a difference from place to place when it comes to lobster rolls? Lol. I feel they all taste the same for the most part

Hi there! Short answer, yes! A lot had to do with the type of roll (Boston was garlic based as an example) and if it was hot or cold. We were happy to keep trying to compare 😉😂 The Clam Shack at Kennebunkport roll was really good, served cold, generously filled and the mayo was 🤤 we would go back there in a heartbeat if we could!
